Name:Distantkit - Distantpaw - Distantsong - Distantstar Age:27 moons Gender:She-Cat Clan:Birchclan Rank:Leader Mate:n/a Kits:n/a Description: appearance: Distantstar is a rather small cat, but her pelt tends to make her look three times her size, unless she is wet. Her pelt's main color is gray, but it also has different shades of brown and white in it. Her chest fur is white, her maw, and her front paws are white. Her tail is long and fluffy, making it to where she could easily use it as a flag to signal her clan. Her pelt is soft and silky to the touch, making claws easily slip through them when they try to find where her hidden body is. Her ears are always pricked, and her eyes are pale green. personality: Distantstar is a cat of loyalty, leadership, and grace, which pretty much sums up her personality. She is extremely loyal to her clan and Starclan. She'll follow and carry out any order given to her by Starclan, even at the cost of her own life. Distantstar never goes back on her word, no matter what. She is very graceful in anything she does, whether it's playing with kits, mentoring, leading her clan into battle, or just plain walking. She is a normally quite cat, mainly because her voice can cause cats to do deaf if she is angered to a certain degree (she gets VERY loud and pitchy when angered). She never looks at anyone outside of her clan in the eyes, mainly because she is a bit shy. She'll only look at them in the eyes if she is a) objecting to something, b) fighting them, or c) threatening them. At times, she can be found with a distant look on her face. When this happens, she is normally off daydreaming. It's very entertaining, you know? History:kithood: Since Distantkit is just a kit, she hasn't had much of a history. She was born in Birchclan to her mother, Riddlesong, and her father, Leapfrog. She had two sisters, Facadekit and Grasskit, but, alas, they were stillborn. She never saw much of her father. They say that he disappeared, and she didn't care much of where he was. Wherever he was, he was probably better off. Right after she was weened off of milk, her mother went out to search for her mate. However, she never came back as well. Now, she is alone... In a large clan... Actually, she isn't alone, for there are others in the clan. Boy, being the only one in a clan would be too boring for a kit.
apprenticeship: As an apprentice, Distantpaw had a simple life. Many apprentices teased her about having kittypet blood, when she only had the fur of a kittypet. In fact, she didn't have an ounce of kittypet in her. She just had a soft, silky coat that she loved to groom. Her mentor was protective over her, and he simply just scolded the other apprentices and shooed them away. Distantpaw liked her mentor. He was kind and strong, the perfect mentor. With his training, her apprenticeship flew by.
warriorhood: Her warriorhood wasn't too long. When she became Distantsong, she was able to get her first apprentice, Chiggerpaw. It was only a moon after that when her old mentor died of a fox attack. For three days, Distantsong was inside the camp, mourning. After that, she set back out to train her apprentice. Chiggerpaw became Chiggerstep only a few moons after that. The old deputy died from a case of Greencough, and Distantsong was made deputy.
deputyhood: Her life as a deputy was short-lived. She was only deputy for a moon before the old leader was attacked by a bear, taking all of his nine lives easily.
leaderhood: Distantsong became Distantstar only a few days afterwards when she was able to gain her name and nine lives. Now, she is at the head of the clan, hoping that she won't screw up and get herself and her clan killed. Role Play Sample:A slight breeze whistled through the leaves and branches of the tall birch trees that lined the outer layer of Birchclan's camp. A fluffy, seemingly fat, gray, brown, and white she-cat sat just outside one of the many dens. Her long, fluffy tail was curled neatly around her paws, and her pale green eyes were locked on the birch tree canopy above. The she-cat wasn't actually fat. It was just all of the fur that fluffed up and made her look three times her size. She was actually a small cat, underneath all the fur. She was the Birchclan leader, Distantstar, formerly known as Distantsong. The she-cat's eyes seemed distant, thus giving her the name Distantkit when she was a kit. She was daydreaming, a hobby of hers when there was nothing to do. What was she dreaming about now? Well, let's just say she added wings to her body in this daydream. Oh, what an imagination. It was always a dream for a cat to be able to fly. It would actually come in handy if a kit was swooped off the ground by a hawk. However, the she-cat knew that they would have to fall into some weird twoleg waste to be able to sprout wings and fly. Oh, well, a cat can dream, can't she? Nothing was really going on right now. Everyone else seemed to either be asleep still or out on the dawn patrol. Being leader wasn't all that it was thought to be. Leaders never really left camp. All they did was lay around in their dens, thinking and sleeping. It was rather boring. Maybe I should go hunting soon... The young she-cat sighed, blinking her pale green eyes, blurring the daydream out of her mind. Image:

Hmm! Only minor grammar or spelling errors, so no worries there <333 I'd just object to one or two of the names (such as Monsterkit - not a very positive thing for a mother to name her child), and maybe a couple of points which are a bit too far from realistic (it's improbable that a bear would attack a cat - and the bear would probably still be around, which would clash with the plot we're planning x000 How about a badger? If it caught the leader by surprise and on his own, it'd be an easy kill; also, the Clan cats probably wouldn't know anything about radioactive waste x333). Then there's just the point where you say leaders rarely leave the camp - normally they should be almost as active as the other Clan members, it's just they have extra responsibilities, like preparing some of the patrols, choosing mentors and warrior names, diplomacy... Oops! And remember to always capitalize the word Clan! Otherwise, great job <333 Those things don't actually need to be corrected, by the way - just keep them in mind for later! ACCEPTED as leader of BirchClan.
