Rules Version 2!

New rules are in bold!

General Rules
1. Do not make racist/sexist/etc. comments.
2. Don't offend other people purposely. We all have feelings here. I don't see you asking for yours being hurt.
3. Don't quarrel or fight with other people. You WILL be banned if you take it too far.
4. Do not disrespect the members or staff. Please respect everyone no matter who they are.
5. If you see a post that you think is inappropriate or contains materials that none of us want to or should see, then be sure to report to the staff members by personal messaging them. Thank you, it really helps.

Usernames
1. Do not have numbers in your name.
2. Use the name of one of your cats or anything similar to it, please! Like me, my cat is Crystalpelt so my display name is Crystalpelt too.
Example: Good username: Gingerpelt, Bad username: GINGERPELT_IS_SO_GINGERY.
3. If your username is bad as said above, do not say that the staff members are mean when they ban you from entering the site.
4. You are not allowed to make multiple accounts.

Characters
1. You can have up to as many cats as you can role-play actively.
2. Members may only have ONE high rank cat. (Leader, deputy, medicine cat or medicine cat apprentice.)
NOTE: Staff members may have up to three high rank cats.
3. All cats you make bios for must be actively role-played.
4. Cats cannot have special powers, strange colors, crazy mutations, etc. We will say something if your cat's 'uniqueness' is a little too extravagant.
5. Your cat may not be involved in the prophecy without first asking permission. If you have a good idea of a story line, send any of the staff members a message and we'll see what we can do.
6. Put your characters in your signature, please!
Example: Poisonfang – ThunderClan – Tom or if you have a high rank cat: Treeheart – ThunderClan Medicine Cat – She-cat.
7. Try to make your Clan cat’s name a two-part name. Kittypet, loners and rogues can have any name.

Gatherings
1. Leaders can take only seven cats (not counting themselves).
2. No fighting; if the moon is covered, the meeting is over; and other things like that.

Role-playing Rules
1. Do not make your cat invincible, invulnerable, or any other thing which makes it impossible for others to land hits and for it to be injured or die.
2. Do not powerplay. (Controlling another person's character without that person’s permission, saying something happened to it without its owner's consent...)
3. Role-playing posts can be of any length, but try to lengthen them: they shouldn't be one-liners.
4. Before submitting your post, please use the 'Spell Check' button at the bottom of every post. It helps a lot. We do not want any mistakes in spellings.
5. No double-posting in the role-playing boards (the same member posting twice in the same thread). If you are role-playing more than one cat in that thread, I suggest that you use a different color for each cat.

General Clan Rules
1. Capitalize 'Clan' in all cases. (Example: BirchClan, Clan cat)
2. In cats' names, if two part, prefixes must be capitalized while suffixes are lowercase. (Example: Good=Redclaw; Bad=RedClaw)
3. Catspeak = Humanspeak
4. Moon = month
5. Season = 3 months
6. 3 moons = 1 season
7. 4 seasons = 1 year

Time Rules
1. The time as a cat in this site is different from our real world’s time.
2. 3 moons of roleplaying time = 2 months of real life.
3. USE TIMESTAMPING in your posts. This lets you choose just when your thread is happening in the season. It is explained in this thread.

Rules on Duties
1. If you have a leader, then you must post in the Patrol board (under Announcements) to list who will be in the dawn, dusk, hunting and border patrols around once a month real-time. You must also visit the Stones of the Four Trees once a month real-time.
2. If you have an apprentice, it must visit the Stones at least once during its apprenticeship to become a warrior, and it must carry out apprentice duties (changing bedding, caring for queens and elders...). Also, it should go to the Gathering at least once beore becoming a warrior.
3. If you have a warrior, then it must mentor at least one cat before being able to become a deputy (which is why deputies are generally older than 20 moons).
4. If your warrior or apprentice has been chosen in a patrol, report anything important which happened during it on the patrol-choosing thread!

Please read the rules and obey them. Also keep in mind that the staff members do not tolerate any rule breakers. Any rule breakers will have their account deleted without hesitation and banned from entering this site.
